i set myself a goal this year.
.learn to knit socks.
you see, socks have been sort of intimidating for me. they seemed tricky and hard. so i kept putting it off.
i decided that NOW was the time.
not exactly identical, but i still like 'em.
the pattern is Most Basic Kids Socks. i read about it on soulemama a long while ago.

ReplyDeleteJan. is not even over yet! How could you get this goal done already?...oh wait! It must have been a goal to knit socks for ME! Better get on that goal before it's summer & I won't wear them. as a serious note...GREAT JOB!
ReplyDeleteI think they look fabulous and cozy! Besides, if it's anything like my house, after going through the wash they will never end up in the same pair.
